At GROCERIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
